Shelly Work is a Maryland State and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. She received her 500-hr training at Holistic Massage Training Institute in Baltimore, where she had the opportunity to learn from and work closely with several talented teachers who have experience in many modalities. Shelly specializes in deep tissue massage but believes that relaxation is important during every massage. Through her massage therapy sessions, Shelly hopes to promote healthy body image and positive mind-body connections that are essential to healthy living.
Sarah Stayhorn is a Maryland State and Nationally Certified Therapist.
