Yoga Classes & Instruction

Learn the basics with Luann Carra. Luann has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, a student of many different modalities. This is a challenging yet simple class designed for the beginner, but great for anyone! Learn Vinyassa movement, (breath led movement) many asanas (positions for stretching) and have an over all good relaxing class with Luann.

Tuesday at Thursday at 6.30
Wednesday and Friday at 12.00 noon
Sunday at 4.00 ( call first)
Classes are 10- for drop in or 5 classes for $40-

Power Yoga
